The bank may have closed its doors close to the end of the century but when you walk into this beautifully renovated home you feel like you are transported to another time. Step inside one of the two original vaults with their perfectly preserved vault doors or curl up in bed in front of the original fireplace that warmed the bank tellers and customers for many years. The historical charm of this home is just the beginning of what makes it the perfect place to spend your vacation in the easternmost town of the United States! The Water Street location, right on the main street in town, is perfect for those who don't want to walk far to grab a bite to eat, check out the small shops or watch the ever-changing views of the ocean. You will enjoy watching the playful seals from your view out the kitchen window or your seat at the bistro table right out front. This property has a spacious open floor plan with one bathroom and one bedroom, with an additional bed in the living area. The kitchen and pantry are well stocked with all the utensils and dishes you need to make a meal, combined with plentiful space to prepare it, and a dining room table for six. Though we love children, this property is not well suited for them, so we have set the age limit for guests to fifteen years of age or older.
